Reservations are not secure until a 25% deposit has been paid within 7 days of booking. Proof of payment to be sent through to info@gableschintsa.co.za
Balance of payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made at short notice must be confirmed by full payment within 24 hours.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these conditions are not met.

All reservation requests must be made in writing, and any alterations or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Telephonic reservations will be taken, but these must be followed up with a written request. Telephonic and email reservations will be held for 7 days without a written follow up. In the case of bookings made at shorter notice (i.e. less than 7 days), telephonic and email bookings will only be held for 24 hours.
Upon receipt of a written reservation request we will issue a “Reservation Acknowledgement” detailing all the relevant details, rate, deposit, due date, etc
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit (full accommodation payment), or a signed copy of the reservation sheet providing credit card details, authorising us to make the necessary payments.
Reservations are released automatically if deposits are not received by date required.
Reservations made at shorter notice must be confirmed within 24 hours by payment or credit card details.
Should the reservation be cancelled, the deposit is refundable if the cancellation is effected more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Reservations cancelled between 30-21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of deposit paid.
Reservations cancelled between 21-14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit paid.
Reservations cancelled within 14-7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of deposit paid.
Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit paid.
